The next video in my “How Do I” serie is published by Plataan and Microsoft.
This video is about the new SQL Timestamp feature in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016.
With this new feature you can determine records changes in a different way.
Before NAV2016 you need to use the “OnDatabase” triggers to get all the changes and store then in a Queue table.
Now we can use a SQL Timestamp field to get all changes since the last run.
It is no rocket science, just create a BigInteger field and turn on the “SQL Timestamp” property.
Enjoy and see you next time in another How Do I video.
